When Kristen got in touch with me, she was looking for a studio session with her girls immediately – or STAT!!, as she put it 😉 -because her “newborn” was 2 months old.  Her best friend is a photographer in Montreal and they had scheduled a trip home to have a session done, but it was cancelled last minute.  So, she put her photographer friend in charge of Googling to help her find a photographer in Edmonton and I am so grateful that she came across my website.  Initially she was looking for images of just her girls, but I suggested that she come prepared to be in some as well.  Since dad travels a lot and was unavailable for a family session, I was sure that he would LOVE pictures of all of his girls!  I am so glad that she was open to that because this session, with mom, this adorable 2 year old and this sweet, not-quite-a-newborn baby girl was so amazing.  The three of them had the sweetest connection and I loved capturing them laughing and playing and cuddling!

This is what Kristen had to say about the session and the images that we captured: “I never feel prepared for anything! However that was not Jamie’s fault. Everything I could have wondered was answered before I even thought it. And I felt confident that even if I forgot something, it was not a big deal. The whole experience was very laid back and made me feel very comfortable, not rushed.  The quality (of the pictures I received) definitely surpassed my expectations.”

I am super excited that Kristen just got in touch to book another session at the end of the month when their new baby cousin comes for a visit and I can’t wait to have these girls in my studio again 🙂
