Sometimes when you have a newborn client that’s born in early April of 2020, by the time you actually get to photograph him, it’s a 3 month studio session, instead of as a brand new newborn. This has been a wacky year, and I’m honestly just glad that we were able to have the session as early as we did! Can we agree that he’s the *sweetest* thing?! So much hair…. and those eyelashes <3
3 months is such a great age for a sweet family session – newborns are adorable, but by 3 months baby is a more alert and interactive, a little bit chunky and their personality is really starting to shine through! If you missed your window for newborn portraits because of Covid, it’s not too late… a session at any point during baby’s first year is a good time for images since they change so quickly.
If you are expecting in 2020, the fall and winter newborn calendar is booking up quickly with the Covid Baby Boom! I only accept a limited number of newborn sessions each month, so getting in touch early is always recommended 🙂
